Cancellations

Short Notice Visit

Same day scheduling or last-minute revisions will result in an additional $6 charge.

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling or cancelling any services within 48 hours are consider last minute cancellations and will result in a fee of 50% of the service.

Key Policy

A copy of a hard key or a code to enter the home must be provided. Keys and codes are kept private and secure. If you would prefer not to keep one on file, a $15 charge will apply if a pet care provider must pick up a key after initial consultation
